About the event
Following each workshop, we will form Strategic Impact Groups. The Strategic Impact Groups (SIGs) are the engine room of this program, designed to ensure your development has a direct and lasting impact on the QNMU. As a participant, you will collaborate in a small group of five to six peers to tackle a "Strategic Project Team Task" that bridges the gap between workshop theory and the reality of our union’s operations.
This is your opportunity to move beyond managing your immediate desk and act as a "system shaper."
